Who is KWC? KWC is a Pakistani watch brand crafting timepieces since 1985. We focus on affordable, well-built watches — dress watches, chronographs, chain watches, and more — that blend classic and contemporary styling for everyday wear and special occasions.

Products & Quality

What kind of movement do KWC watches use? Most KWC watches use reliable Japanese quartz movements, known for accuracy and low maintenance. Select models, such as our Heritage Automatic, use mechanical (automatic) movements. Each product page lists the specific movement.

Are KWC watches water resistant? KWC watches are 3 ATM water resistant, which is suitable for everyday use such as hand washing and light splashes of rain. We don't recommend swimming, showering, or submerging the watch in water.

What is ion plating / IPG plating? Ion plating (IPG) bonds a thin, durable coating to the stainless steel case and bracelet. It improves resistance to scratches and tarnish, helping the watch keep its finish over time.

What materials are KWC watches made from? Cases and bracelets are typically stainless steel with IPG plating; straps may be stainless steel, leather, or rubber depending on the model. Each product page lists the exact materials.

Warranty & Care

Do KWC watches come with a warranty? Yes. Every KWC watch comes with a 1-year movement warranty, covering defects in the watch's movement. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, battery replacement, or normal wear of straps.

How do I care for my watch? Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth, keep the watch away from strong magnets and extreme heat, and avoid water exposure beyond its 3 ATM rating. For quartz models, have the battery replaced promptly when it runs down.

Orders, Delivery & Payment

How do I place an order? Browse the collection at kwcwatches.com, add your chosen watch to the cart, and complete checkout with your delivery details.

How much does delivery cost? We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 per parcel. All orders are shipped via TCS Express.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide, so you can pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Are taxes included in the price? Prices shown on the website are post-tax — the price you see already includes applicable taxes. The only additional charge at checkout is the Rs. 250 shipping fee.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my watch? Yes. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange your watch within 3 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging with all tags and the warranty card.

What if my watch arrives damaged or defective? Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Defective or damaged-in-transit items are eligible for a replacement or refund.
