The KWC 1-Year Limited Warranty We stand behind the quality of every KWC timepiece. Your watch is covered by a 1-Year Movement Warranty from the date of purchase.

  • What is Covered: Manufacturing defects in the Japanese Quartz movement.

  • What is Not Covered: Lens/Glass breakage, strap wear and tear (leather/PU/steel), battery exhaustion, or damage resulting from accidents or water immersion beyond the rated depth.

  • Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please provide your digital order receipt and a photo of the timepiece.
