  • 7-Day Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all protective films, tags, and packaging intact.

  • Exchange: You may exchange your model for any other KWC timepiece of equal or higher value.

  • Refunds: Once the watch is inspected and approved, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
