Welcome to KWC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website kwcwatches.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Us

KWC ("KWC", "we", "us", or "our") is a Pakistani watch brand that has been crafting timepieces since 1985. We sell our watches online through the Site with delivery across Pakistan.

Products

We make every effort to display our products, including their colours and details, as accurately as possible. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, and minor variations in materials. Product specifications, such as movement type and water resistance, are listed on each product page.

All KWC watches are rated 3 ATM water resistant, which is suitable for everyday use such as hand washing and light splashes. They are not suitable for swimming, showering, or submersion in water.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • A flat shipping charge of Rs. 250 per parcel applies to every order.
  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), where payment is made to the courier at the time of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we are unable to verify your delivery details. If we cancel an order, we will inform you using the contact details you provided.

Please ensure your name, phone number, and delivery address are accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders are shipped via TCS Express to addresses across Pakistan.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.
  • Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to the courier's service.
  • If you are unavailable to receive your order, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel as per their policy.

Returns and Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange a watch within 3 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the watch must be unworn and in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and the warranty card included.
  • To start a return or exchange, contact us using the details below with your order number.
  • If a watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. Verified damaged or defective items are eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Warranty

Every KWC watch comes with a 1-year movement warranty, covering defects in the watch's movement. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, scratches or normal wear, battery replacement, or wear of straps. The warranty is void if the watch has been opened, serviced, or tampered with by anyone other than KWC or an authorised service provider. To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the KWC name, logo, product designs, images, and text, is the property of KWC and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it in any way, including attempting to interfere with its operation, security, or availability, or using it to place fraudulent orders.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KWC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products.
