One-Year Machine Warranty Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
At KWC Watches, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This One-Year Machine Warranty Policy (“Warranty”) provides details about coverage, exclusions, and claims related to your watch purchase.
1. Warranty Coverage
This Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch’s movement (“machine”) for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will:
- Repair the watch movement free of charge, or
- Replace the watch with the same model or an equivalent model if repair is not feasible.
2. Warranty Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
- Wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, discoloration, or damage to the case, strap, crystal, or other non-movement parts.
- Water damage due to improper use or exceeding the stated water resistance limit.
- Battery replacement or damage caused by dead batteries.
- Issues reported beyond the one-year warranty period.
3. Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

Provide the following details:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Step 2: Evaluation
Our team will assess your claim and provide instructions for sending the watch to our service center.
Step 3: Resolution
Once we inspect the watch and verify the defect, we will repair or replace the watch as per the terms of this Warranty.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the watch to our service center.
- If the warranty claim is approved, KWC Watches will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replaced product.
5. Non-Transferable Warranty
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required to validate the Warranty.
6. Additional Notes
- Repairs or replacements under this Warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
- Any repairs or replacements carried out by unauthorized third parties will void this Warranty.
