2. Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or operational delays by the courier.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 7:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping Fee: PKR 250

You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email or SMS. Visit the MNP Couriers tracking portal and enter your tracking number for real-time updates.
6. Delivery Locations
- We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan.
- For remote areas, delivery times may extend slightly beyond the standard timeframe.
7. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as:
- Delayed shipment beyond 4 working days
- Incorrect or damaged package received

8. Undeliverable Packages

- Unavailability of the recipient
- Refusal to accept the delivery
We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for the re-dispatch of the parcel.
9. Responsibility
Once the parcel is handed over to MNP Couriers, the responsibility for its delivery lies with the courier service. However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any delivery-related concerns.
