1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects or faults. To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • If the defect is confirmed:
    • We will issue a replacement of the same product.
    • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an exchange for a similar item of equal value.
  • If the product is found to be free of defects or shows signs of use:
    • The return will not be approved, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

4. No Refund Policy

Refunds are not entertained under any circumstances. Returns are only processed for replacement or exchange.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is approved, KWC Watches will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item to you.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the faulty product to us.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.
  • Items reported beyond the 3-day notification period.
